Body shops repair collision damage, dents, rust and paint, and most work directly with insurance companies: you can choose any shop, not only the insurer's preferred one, and the shop will write a supplement if hidden damage turns up. Paintless dent repair fixes hail and door dings without repainting. Detailing shops clean and protect interiors and paint, from a basic wash-and-wax to ceramic coatings and paint protection film. Car washes range from self-service bays to express tunnels with monthly memberships. Upholstery shops repair seats, headliners and convertible tops, and restoration shops bring classic and collector cars back to original or custom condition.

This place is trash last time. I will be coming here you paid for oil change where they're supposed to do all the checks including your filter and they told me if they see a history of you not changing the filter there they will not check it..which is WILD.. PEOPLE ARE JUST LAZY NOWADAYS AND WANT TO DO A HALF ASS JOB. IT'S INCLUDED WITH THE OIL CHANGE PRICE.ALL THE CHECKS SUPPOSED TO BE DONE.. I asked to speak with a manager Miguel and he has the same explanation, this is crazy. And this is like the 3rd and final time

They received a 1 star rating for customer service. I was a repeat customer who spent roughly $400 getting various services that span over a weeks timeframe. 1) Oil change 2) front and rear differential fluids 3) air filter and fuel injection cleaning. This was on a Ford escape. I did receive a free carwash coupon for the initial oil change. I felt that since I did follow up service with this establishment and was able to demonstrate it by their own records, that it wouldn't be an unusual request for another free carwash. I was promptly told no without hesitation. The explanation I was given was that everything is being counted. This represents to me poor customer service. You should remember it is I who made it possible for you to be in existence and other people like me, so customer service should go a long way ! And for that I do not recommend !

Too expensive and your car is not really clean. Better to pay the same price and get the guys on the street in the van to wash it. They do a great job in and out for the same cost.

I called Pelham Manor Car Wash & Lube just to ask a simple question: what do oil changes roughly start at? I wasn’t asking for an exact quote — just a basic starting price range. The person on the phone told me they could not give any estimate unless I brought the car in for them to look at first. That honestly makes no sense. Most places can at least provide a “starting at” price for a standard oil change over the phone. To make it more frustrating, they don’t even have a website with pricing information available, so there’s no easy way for customers to get basic information before making the trip. It felt like a complete waste of time for such a simple question. Better communication and more pricing transparency would go a long way.

I just got my car washed there not 30 minutes ago. It was not fully dried as you can see and there’s still stains on the car. It cost $22.75 for an exterior wash and this is what my car looks like at the end. Awful job super disappointed.
